After a time period of more than twenty years, Automobili Lamborghini unveils its latest logo, presenting a contemporary rendition of the iconic raging bull emblem. The refreshed design is described by Lamborghini as a reflection of the brand’s adaptable visual identity, embodying its core values of courage, innovation, and authenticity.
This updated logo not only adapts to the evolving automotive industry but also ensures easier replication across Lamborghini’s digital platforms and future vehicle models.
Subtle Refinements
The updated logo of Lamborghini has received subtle refinements compared to its predecessor. The new design adopts a flatter and more streamlined appearance as part of a revamped corporate identity. Featuring a fresh “Lamborghini” typeface, slightly broader than the previous version, and primary colors of black and white, the logo achieves a minimalistic yet striking aesthetic. Additionally, yellow and gold will serve as accent colors, enhancing the logo’s visual impact.
Furthermore, Lamborghini has eliminated the shield element from its logo on digital platforms such as the website and social media. However, the shield will continue prominently featured on the cars, as stated by the company. The updated logo also incorporates a new set of icons created in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile.
Lamborghini stated that its new logo reflects a strategic shift in its approach to vehicle manufacturing, emphasizing sustainability and decarbonization. This aligns with the brand’s transition as outlined by the Direzione Cor Tauri program, signifying a new chapter in the company’s positioning.
This logo is initially anticipated to debut on the upcoming supercars from Lamborghini. The Italian automaker is currently developing the successors to the Huracan and an electrified SUV, with plans for the logo to gradually appear on the Revuelto and Huracan models. Additionally, Lamborghini is working on its first-ever all-electric vehicle, based on the Lanzador concept, with a fourth supercar scheduled for release by 2028.
